Lettsom Pharmacy required a new e-commerce site to enable them to sell their products online. 

Lettsom wanted something a little beyond the standard e-commerce site, incorporating an online doctor service allowing customers to obtain prescriptions by answering short questionnaires and seeking advice from the Lettsom Pharmacy doctors. 

In the current climate the clearing banks are giving the payment gateways are very strict and tight scope for issuing merchant accounts to pharmacies, among others, and for now Lettsom Pharmacy will open as purely a chemist sales with no prescription items.  Once the clearing bank for their merchant account allows it they will be opening their online doctor service with prescription ordering facility.
